All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:
- Order number 
- Photos of the product and packaging 

We will review and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed. By purchasing, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Research Use Only
All products are sold for laboratory research purposes only and are not eligible for return based on misuse or misunderstanding of intended use.
